Beer

Leon
Tired of talking my friends into pit stops at beer bars before heading out — in fear of having to drink bland lager all night — I set out to craft an ale that would act as companion throughout the evening. Fit for beer geeks and party freaks alike, Leon is whole-cone hopped and fermented dry using champagne yeast. The yeast and the hops in combination with a simple malt bill provides the beer with a quality of being rich in taste yet refreshing. Drink it chilled out of a wine glass or just straight out of the bottle. Skål!

Russian Roulette
Russian Roulette is a collaborative effort between Omnipollo and Evil Twin Brewing. In short; we met in Copenhagen on a cold day in January, brewed a beer each — an IPA and a black IPA — at Amager Bryghus, and sealed them in identical bottles. Bust a cap and face your destiny.

Mazarin
Mazarin is my take on a ‘thinker’s beer’. Rather than being big and undecipherably complex I wanted to create something that would calm a hop yearning nerve without fuddling the brain too much. In other words, a lavishly hopped Pale Ale of judicious ABV — an Extra Special Pale Ale if you will.

Weekday
I have always been intrigued by the thought of taking brown bottle beer into green bottle territory. So when I was asked to brew a beer for a 24h party that was to be held in celebration of Swedish fashion house Weekday’s 10th birthday, I jumped at the chance immediately.
Weekday is an ale mimicking a lager. It is brewed using a blend of English, German and American hops – one for each day of the week.
Mt. Hood for Monday, Tomahawk for Tuesday, Willamette for Wednesday, Tettnang for Thursday, Fuggles for Friday , Simcoe for Saturday, Summit for Sunday, Thank you Weekday for this awesome opportunity.

En el Bosque
It all started about half a year ago when I was in Spain on holiday with my family. I was completely blown away by the vibrant and fearless beer scene that Spain showcased, one thing led to another, and two weeks ago I flew down with my partner Karl to execute one of the most interesting collaborations we will ever have the pleasure of doing.
Traveling over seven hours each with fluid yeast and hops in their trunks the three best gypsy brewers of Spain (Nómada) teamed up with us outside Barcelona to brew an Imperial Red Ale containing ten specialty malts, rye, moscovado sugar, hops and a hand full of Spanish cranberries (literally a hand full so don’t expect a fruit beer).
Layered yet fresh, I sincerely hope that this beer will embody the passion, enthusiasm and hard work that went into making it.
The name ‘En el Bosque’, is Spanish for ‘In the forest’.

Nebuchadnezzar
‘Neb’ is an Imperial IPA home brew recipe that has been scaled up with no consideration to economies of scale. Some say idiotic, and as an economist I would have to agree. Get fresh or die trying.

Moebius
A wise man once said that success makes you tired, fat and slow. Therefore, winning Best of Show at the third largest beer festival in the world last month meant I had to brew a follow up. Get fresh… and this time I mean it.

Törst
Brewed for our beer family at Tørst, NYC. This brew is mash hopped, first wort hopped, kettle hopped and dry hopped, demanding more than 30 pounds of hops per barrel of finished beer. Good luck guys!
