Boom!! To Øl, you know those two Danish prodigies. We brewed this beer together. Amid dreamy spiritual dances and pseudo-scientific jibber Brewmance was concocted. An 11,2% Imperial Stout with the most intelligent honey in the world, courtesy Bee Urban. Only a small quantity will reach Systembolaget 1 march.

Something big is happening in NY in the beginning of next year and this is our humble contribution to the house warming party — 10% and foolishly hopped with Amarillo and Citra.

A wise man once said that success makes you tired, fat and slow. Therefore, winning ‘Best of Show’ at the third largest beer festival in the world last month meant I had to brew a follow up. Get fresh… and this time I mean it.

A week of Free Beer

Free Beer – What if quality could be cheap? What if high content beer could be cheaper than low content beer? Would this affect choice?

This reflection sparked the second collaboration of Evil Twin Brewing & Omnipollo. An IPA brewed using an abundance of Australian and New Zeeland hops laid on a fluffy yet crisp bed of English, Belgian and German malts.

The twist – to remove the money aspect of choosing craft beer we decided to bring in a sponsor.
