Noa Pecan Mudcake Four Roses BA
This is the most elaborate and ambitious version of Noa Pecan Mud Cake. We love to barrel age beers on bourbon, so when we found freshly emptied Four Roses bourbon barrels we grabbed them as quickly as we could. Barrel character of sweet vanilla, long boil marmalade and a touch of alcohol heat goes really well with the richness in our Noa Pecan Mud Cake base beer. We bumped this beer further with some coconut to further round it out. Drink fresh or hold on to this bottle for a special occasion in a not too distant future.
