Beer Dreaming
Let’s brew some beer! You just got to jump through the following hoops first:
Rules
– Send 3 bottles of your best brew (style does not matter) including recipe to Omnipollo AB, Tjärhovsgatan 6, 116 21 Stockholm by Wednesday the 31st of July 2013.
– State clearly who the brewer is. 1 brewer per beer.
– Competitors should be minimum 20 years old and the competition is limited to Sweden.
Reward
The winner gets to go to England with us in august to brew at Siren Craft Brew with kick-ass brewer Ryan Witter-Merithew.
Bring your passport and off we go. You just got to brew that champion beer first.

Last week we brewed an Imperial Stout with Maple Syrup at DOG Brewing in Maryland… pinching ourselves the whole way through.
