We have always had a love for Pilsners and at Omnipollos church we have developed an ambitious lager program with special lagering tankes and carefully selected hops and yeast. Our first ever Octoberfest pilsner is brewed in the style of a rustic, clean pale lager with 30 % wheat, fermented at low temperatures with a crisp, clean yeast strain.
