This could be the most rare beer we’ve ever made. Whenever we get ahold of unique barrels we get super excited! Aiming to let them shine and give as much to the beer as they possibly can we let this beer spend 27 months (!) on BLiS Gourmet maple barrels (kindly connected through our good friend Jeppe at Evil Twin Brewing New York). BLiS specialize in bourbon barrel aged products and for their maple syrup they select 18-year old Kentucky Bourbon barrels to rest the maple syrup on. Special just like you.
