Triple Saaz

A tribute to tradition, brewed in collaboration with Budvar. Celebrating the iconic Saaz hop, we use three distinct varieties to highlight its full range—spicy, floral, and herbaceous. A double decoction mash builds a rich, bready malt backbone, while cool fermentation with Budvar’s historic yeast ensures a refined, well-rounded finish. A lager that bridges Czech and Swedish brewing traditions with precision and respect. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery on Sturegatan 41 in Sundbyberg, Sweden
