This beer is a cross between our series of Bianca Lassi Gose’s and Crooked Stave’s incredible Wild Wild Brett series. The latest in the series is a wild ale fermented in oak foeders with raspberries, vanilla and lactose added. Tart, creamy and full of fruit. 35,5 cl can.
