Bianca Slushy XXL

An epic fusion of two fruited sour icons: Omnipollo’s Bianca and 450 North’s Slushy XXL. Built like a cheesecake lassi with blueberry, cherry, and creamy milk sugar. Brewed at the church using shared techniques from Indiana’s 450 North to achieve thick, silky, almost milkshake-like texture. Vibrant fruit. Luscious body. Sweet meets sour, turned up to eleven.
