This is why I work with beer. This beer started in 2018. 4 years in the making and finally packaged. IT. IS. FIRE and MONEY all at once. This beer spent 3 years in Willett Family Estate rye whiskey barrels. We then sent a sample of each barrel to Cory King at Side Project for an Instagram live tasting to join select complementing barrels into one beer. I can honestly say that this is the most cohesive and ambitious brewing process leading up to one single beer that I have ever been a part of. Thank you Cory and team at Side Project for trusting us with this baby, you guys make the best stouts in the world. 33 cl bottle from Omnipollo and waxed 75 cl bottle from Side Project.
