Potlatch

A dry farmhouse ale hopped exclusively with Mosaic and refermented with Brettanomyces. Concieved in collaboration with Prairie Artisan Ales in Oklahoma. 37,5 cl paper wrapped bottle and 75 cl champagne bottle. 2021 version comes in 75 cl bottle with golden wrap and custom agraff and the 2022 version comes in a 75 cl bottle with metallic blue wrap and custom agraff.
