We Come in Peace

A collaboration with Willow Park, one of the most celebrated breweries in New York State and masters of the hazy double IPA. Over the years, we have brewed alongside them in larger collaborative projects, but this is our first time creating something exclusively together. The goal was to merge their signature soft, juicy, and hazy style with our own philosophy around hops and malt. Brewed at our church in Sweden, this beer carries the unique fingerprint of our home brewery while showcasing a blend of American and New Zealand hops like Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Riwaka. The result is a pillowy double IPA filled with layers of tropical fruit and citrus, combining Willow Park’s approach with our own techniques for a beer that is lush, modern, and deeply flavorful.
