Dessert Station
Inspired by a visit to Corporate Ladder in Florida, this beer explores the concept of a dessert turned into liquid form. The brewing process involves dissolving Swedish Fish candy directly into the beer, allowing the adjunct to fully integrate with the base. The result is a complex, barrel-aged sour beer with a unique combination of sweet, tart, and candy-like flavors, making it a standout in our fruited sour portfolio.
