Biancabobo

We got together with the insanely talented Marius (Marlobobo) to dream up this project over a year. Starting with a massive blueberry maple pancake lassi gose in fresh Four Roses Bourbon barrels this beer then got transferred into a Marlobobo blueberry Aquavit mead barrel. Finished in a post barrel blend with 120 liters of Stevsnberry (Cherry) juice courtesy Marlobobo. Please enjoy the fruits of our labour! Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery on Sturegatan 41 in Sundbyberg, Sweden.
