Metaphase

Metaphase is a big, barrel-aged beer aged in four roses barrels with an emphasis on caramel-forward flavors. Aged carefully over time, it is then treated with peanut butter, coconut, and vanilla, a staple combination for Phase Three. The beer exudes bold bourbon notes complemented by layers of sweetness and nuttiness, making it an exciting addition to our growing lineup of barrel-aged stouts. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery on Sturegatan 41 in Sundbyberg, Sweden.
