Mångata
We ferment this spelt saison bone dry in horizontal tanks to put less pressure on the yeast. After fermentation we dry-hop lightly for a fresh floral bouquet. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery in Sundbyberg, Stockholm, Sweden.
