Named after the early hour when many of our mornings begin, this beer is designed to capture the essence of breakfast. Maple syrup provides a warm, comforting sweetness while freshly brewed coffee adds depth and balance. Oats in the mash create a silky texture without tipping the beer into overt sweetness. The goal was to make a lower ABV stout that feels rich and indulgent but remains drinkable and grounded. It is a modern pastry beer built on tradition, perfect as a treat to end the day.
