Created with our friends at 3 Sons in Florida and Bottle Logic in California, it represents the shared expertise of three breweries that love coconut and barrel aging. The base beer is brewed with balance in mind, knowing from day one that it will be infused with toasted coconut. As it rests in barrels, the beer develops layers of roast, caramel, and vanilla that intertwine with the richness of the coconut.
