Opera Omnia

Brewed in Portland with our friends at Brujos, this beer was first created during a special night when we happened to visit on the exact day their new brewhouse came to life. Together, we brewed a massive imperial stout, boiled for hours to develop deep, complex flavors before resting for a full year in bourbon barrels. After aging, we added layers of toasted coconut, fresh coconut, pecans, and vanilla to create richness and harmony.
For this year’s release, the journey comes full circle. We brewed Opera Omnia at our church, bringing the spirit of that first brew into our own home while adding subtle nuances from our process and house character. The finished beer balances smooth coconut and toasted pecans with warm vanilla and the complexity of barrel aging. It’s a collaboration that celebrates friendship, craftsmanship, and the shared creativity of two breweries separated by an ocean but united by their love of bold stouts.
