Meticulously curated malts, meticulously curated water profile, meticulously curated ph, meticulously curated boil (10 hours), meticulously curated fermentation, meticulously curated maturation plus a full 25 days on hand toasted coconut at a whopping rate of 344 g per liter (!), buckets and buckets of hand toasted Vietnamese cashew nuts and Madagascan vanilla beans. This beer is spectacular and we hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do.
