Unholy Church

A collaboration with Sam Zermeno of Brujos (Portland), this Triple IPA merges our Church with his Scorched Church aesthetic. The inspiration for this beer came after tasting a Galaxy-hopped beer in Portland that utilized a new flowable extract called Quantum. We secured the same Quantum Galaxy for this brew, blending it with Citra to create a high-ABV, unholy alliance of intense hop saturation.
