Bar Manager Omnipollos Hamburg

We just opened our first ever international bar in Hamburg, and are on the hunt for the right person to manage the bar and front of house as well as the whole Omnipollos Hamburg experience.

As bar manager you will work closely with the Omnipollo team in Stockholm as well as our German partners to run the bar of yours and our dreams. 

 As a person, you have a high appreciation for the intricacies of running a successful bar, taking care to mind every detail regarding service, food, music, smells, rhythm, ambiance, the cosmos and beyond. You also have the ability to inspire and develop your own as well as your colleague’s knowledge and skills.

Other: At least 2 years prior experience in a manager position within horeca. Must be fluent in English and German and eligible to travel to Stockholm a few times a year.
