This solera stout is a 50/50 blend of stout barrel aged on bourbon, Larid’s apple brandy and BLiS maple brewed at The Veil (US) and stout from our church brewery in Sundbyberg. After blending, the beer spent another 16 months in freshly emptied Heaven Hill bourbon barrels and was treated with toasted coconut and vanilla. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery in Sundbyberg, Sweden.
