Space Trip Cookie builds on the foundation of our Space Cookie series, taking it to new heights as a triple IPA. This beer combines modern juicy hops with old-school varieties like Cascade and Columbus, creating a flavor profile that is both fruity and dank. Monkish’s West Coast influence adds a slightly more bitter edge, making this beer a unique blend of styles. It is bold, complex, and designed for those who love hops in all their forms.
