Strawberry Milkshake IPA

IPA brewed with oats and lactose sugar. Fermented with strawberry (a high pectin fruit) and vanilla beans. Hopped intensely with Mosaic and Citra.

We also added apple (a high pectin fruit) to the boil. Brewed in collaboration with Tired Hands Brewing Co (USA).
